Refund Policy

This policy explains when a paid GridLogic residential analysis is nonrefundable, how duplicate or erroneous charges and delivery failures are handled, and how to request review.

Effective and last updated: August 28, 2026

1. Summary

GridLogic runs the initial analysis before payment. If the analysis completes successfully, the customer may choose whether to pay the displayed price to unlock the full results and downloadable report.

Because the unlocked analysis is customized using customer-selected information and data, the purchase becomes nonrefundable once payment has been successfully completed and the full results have been unlocked, except as required by applicable law.

2. Charges and delivery problems GridLogic will review

GridLogic will review a timely request involving:

  • a duplicate charge;
  • an erroneous charge; or
  • a verified technical failure that prevents the customer from receiving or accessing the purchased results after successful payment.

If a technical problem prevents delivery or access, GridLogic may first restore access, rerun the analysis where appropriate, or otherwise redeliver the purchased results. If GridLogic confirms that the purchased deliverable cannot be provided within a reasonable period, GridLogic will issue the applicable refund.

3. What is not, by itself, a technical failure

A result that is lower than expected, shows little or no modeled savings, does not recommend a particular rate or equipment configuration, or differs from a customer’s prior expectation is not by itself a technical failure.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their selected utility, rate, analysis type, interval data, solar or battery configuration, dates, and other inputs. GridLogic may, when operationally reasonable, offer a corrected recalculation for a promptly reported good-faith input error. A different property, different data period, different analysis type, or material change in scope may require a new purchase.

4. How to request review

Send the request to info@gridlogicanalytics.com within seven calendar days of purchase. Include the transaction date, amount charged, and payment confirmation or receipt identifier if available.

Do not send complete payment-card numbers, utility account passwords or credentials, or unredacted utility bills by email.

5. Refund timing

If a refund is approved, GridLogic will submit the refund to the payment processor within five business days after approval. Additional time for the credit to appear on the customer’s account depends on the payment processor, card network, bank, or other financial institution.

6. Applicable law and related terms

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived or any refund or cancellation right required by applicable law. This Refund Policy should be read together with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
